SALT LAKE CITY— iBahn, a leader in digital entertainment and Internet solutions for the hospitality industry, has appointed Michael Yagemann as board chairman, effective immediately. Yagemann, 52, has served on the iBahn board for five years and brings experience in telecommunications and entertainment to the position.

Peter Bodine, who has served as chairman of the board since March 2003, will continue to serve as a member of the board.

Yagemann previously founded Greenbridge Capital LLC. Greenbridge Partners has completed numerous merger and acquisition advisory assignments for a variety of clients including Paul Allen, Charter Communications and Citizens Communications. Yagemann also served as partner, co-founder of the telecommunications group at Montgomery Securities from 1997 to 1999.
