Art And Soul At The Liaison Capitol Hill

Art Smith, two-time James Beard Award recipient and Oprah’s former personal chef, recently opened Art And Soul at The Liaison Capitol Hill, an Affinia Hotel.

The restaurant, which seats 221 (including the lounge, bar and outdoor patio), features built-in conversation areas, contemporary lighting, 16-foot rolling glass walls and stainless steel curtains to create an atmosphere of urban sophistication. 

The menu includes salads, simple main courses, traditional sides and hoecakes (cornmeal pizzas) of different varieties.

Executive chef Ryan Morgan leads the kitchen; the artwork of Randy Slack is prominently featured throughout the restaurant.
