New Webcast On Green Design
On October 22, HOTELS magazine led a Webcast on green hotel design. I want to make sure you have a chance to listen to this hour-long event moderated by yours truly. The Webcast features Cliff Tuttle of FORESTPERKINS design group, San Francisco; Jan Peter Bergkvist of Scandic Hotels, Stockholm; and Alphy Johnson of Candela Hotels, Seattle.
The lively discussion included conversations about the immediate future of green design when you stop to consider the current economic crisis; the cost of building and renovation green hotels; how to source FF&E; and whether or not it makes sense for you. We had some 321 unique viewers listening live and many posed their own questions to the panel.
It was an outstanding interactive hour of conversation and the Webcast is now available for viewing anytime. I encourage to put in on in your office while going about your daily routine.
One way or another, conservation, sustainability and social responsibility are going to play a bigger part in the future of your business. Listening to this Webcast will help you sort out the options and possibilities at hand today.
