The Run Down On Frits

Regular readers of this blog will be well aware of my chronicling of Starwood CEO Frits van Paasschen and his passion for running. I've now been on two fun runs with Frits, one on each coast (LA and NYC). I've blogged about both, and noted in those postings that both times I've struggled mightily to talk business with him (let's be honest--I've struggled just to keep up).
Thankfully, a colleague at USA Today, Barbara De Lollis, has done my job for me (she had the luxury of interviewing Frits in the car on the ride over to Central Park prior to the New York run, rather than trying to ask questions on the go while struggling just to breathe).
