F&B Manager commented:

I appreciate the post as guest satisfaction and increasing F&B revenue is my daily mission. Here's a little tidbit that might be of interest to others out there. One of our current strategic initiatives involves our family guests. As such, we are introducing custom high chair covers in all of our restaurants. First saw them at a Four Seasons Resort and they are a great differentiator and marketing tool. They are made by a company called Itzy Ritzy (fyi their hotel line is not on their Web site) and I think that they are also distributed by American Hotel. Again, just a small tidbit but thought that it might be helpful to the readers.
