Executive Chef Rick Gresh’s tips for using the Vita-Mix blender:
• Faster isn’t always better.
• Use the plunger. It really helps in getting things moving.
• Low speeds can blend without adding air.
• If you have bigger batches of items, puree them in smaller amounts for a even silkier texture.
