Elad May Use Plaza Name In Vegas
Yitzhak Tshuva has won his court case in Las Vegas against Pujo Zabludowicz. A Clark County Court jury has ruled that Elad Properties LLC can use the Plaza name on its proposed casino and hotel on the Strip. The court rejected the argument by Zabludowicz's Tamares Group that it had exclusivity to the Plaza name in the city.

U.S. Military Join Choice Privileges At Gold Elite
Choice Hotels International Inc. announces a new permanent Armed Services program as part of its Choice Privileges rewards program. Effective immediately, active duty or reserve military members, retired military, National Guard, U.S. Coast Guard, as well as eligible spouses and dependents, can join the Choice Privileges rewards program at the Elite Gold level, a level that normally requires 10 hotel nights per year.
