These Linking Terms & Conditions apply to all links to hotelsmag.com posted on third-party web sites. You do not need prior approval to include a link to hotelsmag.com unless you use a HOTELS logo to do so. (See our Logo Terms & Conditions below.) You must, however, comply with these simple Linking Terms & Conditions. By posting a link to hotelsmag.com on a web site you agree to comply with these Linking Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Linking Terms & Conditions, do not link to hotelsmag.com from your web site.
You may link to any page on hotelsmag.com; however if you link to any page other than the home page, you agree as follows:

§ violates any applicable law, rule or regulation; or

Site Owner reserves the right to require you to discontinue all or any links maintained by you at any time. In such event, you must immediately remove the link(s) from your web site.
You acknowledge that Site Owner disclaims all express and implied warranties regarding rimag.com and their contents, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or that arise from course of dealing, and agree that in no event shall Site Owner be liable to you under any theory of liability including for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages based upon or relating to your linking to rimag.com.
These Linking Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. The venue for any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be in New York, New York.
Logo Terms & Conditions
These Logo Terms and Conditions do not grant any permission to use a HOTELS Logo. You ("Licensee") may only post a HOTELS logo on your web site if you have received written approval from Reed Business Information, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc. ("Site Owner") and then only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Your use of the HOTELS logo is limited to the express permission granted, and subject to all limitations contained in such permission. Use of the HOTELS logo in a manner not contemplated by the permission requires a separate approval. If the permission is for a specified period, use must terminate at the end of that period unless further express, written permission is granted. We may revoke your permission at any time for any or no reason. If you receive notice of revocation, you must immediately remove our logo from your website.
All uses of the HOTELS logo must comply with all usage guidelines we may post on our web site from time to time, and must be accompanied by the following trademark notice: "HOTELS is a registered trademark of Reed Business Information, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc. Used with permission." Licensee shall not remove or alter any trademark or service mark designation (i.e., "SM", "TM" or "r") provided as part of the HOTELS logo.
The HOTELS logo must appear separate and distinct from all other visual elements of your web site so as not to imply that Site Owner is the source of or endorses any of the materials on or offered on your web site. At a minimum, there must be at least 5 pixels of "white space" between the HOTELS logo and other visual elements. The only exception to this is a textual description of the HOTELS content to which you are linking, which may accompany the Logo. The HOTELS logo must not appear as the most prominent branding of a web page nor in any way that implies affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
Nothing herein grants any right, title or interest in or to a HOTELS logo. Licensee's use of the HOTELS logo, and all goodwill associated therewith, shall inure to the sole benefit of Site Owner.
HOTELS logos are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, and Site Owner hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or that arise from course of dealing. Licensee's use of the HOTELS logo is at Licensee's sole risk, and in no event shall Site Owner be liable to you under any theory of liability including for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages based upon or relating to the use of the HOTELS logo.
