Red Lion sells California hotel: Red Lion Hotels Corp. announced on Tuesday that it sold the Red Lion Hotel Sacramento at Arden Village for US$9 million. The franchise agreement at that location will terminate, but a new franchise has been concurrently added with the Red Lion Hotel Woodlake Conference Center Sacramento.
