Meet HOTELS 2018 Next-Gen Leaders

Forever and a day the biggest challenge for hoteliers has been recruiting and retaining the best and the brightest talent. What makes the process even more challenging are the changing needs and attitudes of next-generation leaders, ranging from work-life balance and growth opportunities to cultural sensitivities and glass ceilings.

To further understand what’s on the mind of next-gen leaders, HOTELS interviewed 20 rising stars all 40 and under, asking questions about these issues as well as their views on trends and opportunities of the day. The goal is to help today’s managers best understand their points of view as they work to manage and grow their teams.

The links below take you to 20 individual Q&As.
