COVID-19: Booking.com’s long-stay rates | E-learning as revenue source?

Attracting new guest segments with long-stay rates

To both satisfy a new demand for long stays at hotels and help drive occupancy, Booking.com is introducing two new rate plans: weekly rates and monthly rates. Hotels can set these as foundational rate plans with the flexibility to provide them based on their business needs, time of the year and cancellation policy of choice. Also, the company is launching a pilot program in several cities around the world to enable guests to book a stay longer than 30 nights in the same booking.
