Global management firm Valor Hospitality Partners, Atlanta, is adding 17 regional IHG Hotels & Resorts branded hotels in partnership with UK-based owner MCAP Global Finance, an affiliate of New York-based investment manager Marathon Asset Management. The additions double Valor’s United Kingdom footprint.
This portfolio consists of a total of 2,374 guestrooms across 15 Holiday Inns and two Crowne Plazas located regional markets across the United Kingdom, including Leeds, Leicester, Reading and Southampton. Many of the hotels will receive further upgrades and, in some cases, possibly up-branding.
