With shiny new owners in Blackstone and Starwood Capital comes a shiny new Extended Stay America brand as the Charlotte, North Carolina-based extended-stay giant with more than 650 hotels on Tuesday rolled out the elevated Extended Stay America Premier Suites, comprised of 25 new or completely renovated properties across the United States.

In addition to traditional ESA amenities, the new brand will feature newly built or renovated guest rooms with upgraded design elements; signature bedding; a free, healthy breakfast bar; and larger flat-screen TVs.

Further, Extended Stay America will rebrand the remainder of its core hotels to Extended Stay America Suites to better communicate the current product offering beyond what has been a single-brand business.

Certainly a brand in the works for several months, Extended Stay America Premier Suites debuts with properties in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.
