In late 2019, I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Kwame Onwuachi. As founder and CEO of Salamander Hotels & Resorts, as well as the co-founder of BET and a partner with Monumental Sports & Entertainment, I’m often asked to speak at a variety of conferences.
