Cvent, a market-leading provider of meetings, events and hospitality technology, has expanded the keynote lineup of Cvent CONNECT, the annual technology conference. Michael J. Deitemeyer, president and CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality; Casandra Matej, president and CEO of Visit Orlando; and John Murray, president and CEO of Sonesta International Hotels will participate in a panel discussion on the main stage on the state of the hospitality industry, what hotels and destinations should offer to win event professionals’ business in a post-COVID environment, new leadership requirements in an evolving industry, and more.
To be held between April 11 and 14, this year’s event will be hybrid and will offer both in-person as well as virtual experiences. The in-person events will be hosted at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada. There will be both free and premium virtual options for those who wish to attend remotely.
Along with the Hospitality CEO Insights Panel, there will be around 20+ sessions curated for the hospitality audience. The sessions will cover important topics like venue sourcing trends, best practices on how to improve group sales results, tips to better engage planners, and the Cvent Supplier Venue Solutions Product Roadmap – where attendees will learn about the new and enhanced Cvent products that will enable hospitality professionals reach more planners, improve sales productivity and grow their group business revenue. Sessions will also be available on-demand.
