Designed by ABI Design, the Park South’s superior and executive rooms were modernized to reflect a “chic, yet minimal Art Deco influence.” The color palette includes tones of rich champagne, warm grays and cream, while textures aim to reflect 1930s-era glamour with satin and velvet materials. Guestrooms also include custom-made dark cherry furniture, bedding and chandeliers, as well as redesigned bathrooms and closets.

Guest corridors now boast “City Respite,” a photography series by Nicole Capobianco, with each floor representing a different Manhattan park. Additional amenities consist of a library, on-site fitness center and business center. Park South will also continue offering several on-site food and beverage options, including Covina, Covina Café, o ya NYC and Roof at Park South.
